• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription

• Our Service offers a subscription-based model.

• Payment will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions will automatically renew and charge the account or card on file either monthly or annually.

• It is the responsibility of the User to manage and cancel the subscription when the service is no longer desired.

• You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your User Content.

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Baby Bond Company and its licensors.

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

6. AI and Voice Cloning

• By using our AI and voice cloning features, you agree that you have the necessary rights to the voice content you provide.

• You grant Baby Bond Company the right to clone the voice you supply through our Service.

• You grant Baby Bond Company the right to use the cloned version of your voice in accordance with the Service's features.

• You acknowledge that while we use advanced AI technologies, there may be limitations and potential inaccuracies in the voice cloning process.

• Baby Bond Company is not responsible for any misuse or unintended use of cloned voices created through our Service.

7. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Baby Bond Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Changes

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
